Modular Backpack

Description
Hello there!

This mod adds a modular backpack customizable at a fabricator with up to 43 combinations possible!

Items and customization:

- Modular Backpack: Simple backpack with 9 slots for items
- 4 pouch: Medical, Ammo, Mining and Tools adding 6 slots for specific items and buffing their respective category
- Holsters: Rifle and Pistol holsters adding one slots for two handed and one handed firearms (respectively)
- Light: A powerful searchlight mountable on your backpack for an easier exploration of the darkness below (require a battery)
- Monitor: A monitor mountable on your backpack to monitor all of your submarines systems and hulls. Come with an integrated sonar (require a battery)
- Scooter: An underwater scooter mountable on your backpack to gotta go fast (require a battery)
- Ammocrate: Large contraption mountable on your backpack for an easier time looting those heavy wreck ammunition (ammobox)
- Shell Rack: Same as the Ammocrate but for shells
- Rebreather: Large contraption allowing you to breath underwater and to refill up to 2 oxygen tank (require a battery)
- 4 Special Pouches: Ammunition, medical, mining or tools, each one can store up to 6 items related to their specialization. While they can be put in any submarine container's, they can't be put IN backpacks and character inventories.

Overrides:

- The weapon holder: has been overrided to allow both weapons and modular backpacks to be put inside. Also, you can now craft, hold and place them anywhere on your sub.
- The vanilla toolbelt : has been overrided to not become irrelevent compared to other modular backpacks. It has now be buffed to increase both your electrical and mechanical skill, as well as massively boosting your repair speed.
- The vanilla decorative workbench : No longer overrided !

Balance and Encumbrance:

As you may already know, mods adding containers like backpacks, crates, storage, etc. shift massively the balance of the vanilla game.
That's why i added drawbacks to using and filling those backpacks. The most obvious one are the stats change when holding or wearing one. For instance, while the Ammocrate modification allow you to hold up to 6 ammobox at once,
filling it will not only slow you down, but also reduced the effectiveness of all your skills. This is called the encombrance system. To make it short : the more you fill a backpack, the more you will suffer for maluses. And even more than that,
Each modification have properties : following the ammocrate example, it will be very hard to swim fast with it as well as to repair the submarine systems. And don't think about cheesing the system by holding them in your hands : the effects will still applies.

Of course, even with that, the game may become too easy. So think about those difficulty mods like Barotraumatic and Neurotrauma !

Important notes:

1- Only the basic Modular backpack is buyable and sellable. All other variation are to be crafted
2- You will need a Workbench to customize and craft other modular backpacks
3- All Backpacks can be hold in hands, but maluses still applies when doing so. So be careful

Just tested in the editor, put all 4 backpacks with built-in scooters in a submarine, plus batteries that I don't have to search for.

And test started when you have inserted a battery in the marked compartment.

And when you are in the water then turn on the movable button that you can pull anywhere.

Consumes energy even without driving, but only very little, so to turn on and off.

Normal movement for slow movement, and Run moving for fast movement.

Scooter no longer works? Can't figure out how to use it with a battery inserted.

It is designed to be built into a rucksack as a component.

Since there is the possibility to attach it together with a small one to a backpack.

So you can have a large weapon with you where the belt would otherwise be, and still use a backpack.

Such a backpack that has a holster is useful if you have heavy weapons from mods that are not made for the normal inventory and are not counted by heavy weapons in the inventory carrying mods.

Strangely enough, you can also wear the holster instead of a belt, but it doesn't help because it only has room for 1 weapon.

Reminder: you need to not use language file overrides or you brick the sub editor's presets for any language you touch

I need the backpack mod, there are like no other backpack mods that have a place for a heavy weapon, just too many mods with cheat backpacks that have way too much space with no drawbacks for the amount that goes in, and also have no place for a heavy weapon.

It makes no sense that you can't wear a belt if you want to carry a heavy weapon on your back, the belt is not on your back and was still in the game before the backpack, and heavy weapons are not worn on the hip are also worn on the back in the game.

And there are mods that make heavy weapons portable in the inventory, but this only refers to the original weapons.

I don't need more weapons that are almost like the originals only stronger, just to be able to carry heavy weapons in the inventory because someone adds more weapons to his mod.

You can't even find a single mod that removes the psychosis effect from the "Alien Pistol", only ones that change all the other weapons.

How should this mod make that NPC disappear, it only brings backpacks that have a few negative values, but have other functions that are useful.

Changes the normal belt so that it has additional stats.

Stow backpacks.

The weapon holder, can be built as above, i.e. in the Fabricator.

In the editor I have made these on the wall there go all kinds of backpacks on it, of course only one per holder.

I just don't know how to get these parts on the wall anymore, in another mod that also has things to place, something is indicated with E hold or press while holding mouse buttons on the wall, should then work the same way here.
