Fixed a few minor bugs that arose from the refactor
TerrainModifiers are no longer destroyed, only disabled
Fixed TerrainModifiers being disabled before they were applied
TerrainModifiers are now disabled directly in addition to their GameObjects
TerrainModifiers are destroyed like in 0.1.0, but reloaded during saves
