BR 2021: Cells Interlinked

A total conversion mod set in the Blade Runner universe.

The story takes place before the events of short film: Blade Runner: Blackout 2022 https://youtu.be/rrZk9sSgRyQ
and centers around Trixie, an escaped replicant battling for freedom in a world where she is forced to obey.
Trixie is a prototype Nexus 8 replicant. Before being activated, she was stolen by a rival company for research purposes. She awakens in a laboratory and escapes. Chased by police, mercenaries and blade runners, she befriends Ren Dus, a lonely technician who works for Tyrell corp.
Ren is reluctant to help at first, but soon realizes that Replicants are more human than human, and he begins to fight for their cause. The two of them must then work together to get out of the city alive.



Notes:
- Serious Sam 3 BFE is required https://store.steampowered.com/app/41070/Serious_Sam_3_BFE/
- enable Vsync (prevents theNPC from getting stuck)
- If you run into performance issues, try reducing the max shadow size in the GPU speed options.
- make sure dynamic lighting and ragdoll effects are enabled
- Eventhough this mod consists of ~90% custom content, I still can't guarantee that SS3 replacement mods are fully
compatible with this mod. So use them at your own risk.
- Due to the experimental nature of the mod, there's some amount of jank here and there.
- Don't expect Serious Sam type of gameplay.
- If you plan to stream this on Twitch, make sure to not look at the Joi ad near the end of level 1

Known issues:
Try not to save and load a game while the NPC stands on the lift in level 2


Installation:
1. Make sure Serious Sam BFE is installed in Fusion (to check; right click on SS Fusion -> properties -> DLC)
2. Launch the game from Steam client -> choose the "play moddable" option
3. The mod should appear in the Singleplayer campaign selection menu.
