Choices version, soft dependency on ModLib (ie. works without ModLib, but the settings can only be changed by installing Modlib) Compatible with e1.4.1, beta 1.4.2, e.1.4.0, e.1.2.0 and possible other versions

Localization support (kudos to daedalus1pl). Compatible with e1.4.1 and beta e1.4.2. (Crashes on 1.4.0 and possibly below)
