Arsenal Overhaul is a full weapons conversion for S.T.A.L.K.E.R Call of Pripyat 1.6.02. It features over a 100 new weapons, 28 new ammunition types and 6 new suits. All vanilla weapon models have been replaced with high quality versions. All weapon sounds have been replaced with new original sounds and more variation in stalker NPC's. The mod also supports Atmosfear 3, Absolute Nature 3. I take no credit for any of the models, animations or textures used in the mod.
For S.T.A.L.K.E.R Call of Pripyat. Copy the gamedata folder to your main CoP folder. Install any addons and start a new game.

While using AbsoluteNature but not AtomsFear, I could not start a new game (See error at the bottom).
I installed AbsoluteNature but did not want AtomsFear. Seems they are not "mutualy exlusive" to eachother - hence the error "attempt to index global 'atmosfear'" coming from the AbsoluteNature bind_stalker.script (identical to the AtmosFear one).
Incase anyone encounters this, simply delete the gamedata\scripts\bind_stalker.script file.
Though i'm half expecting this to crop up and bite me again at some point in my playthough.
P.s. I dont know if the AbsoluteNature included here is a repack, or the original, but perhaps considering these are two seperate optional addons, the files should either be packaged as one, or fix them to be "mutualy exlusive".

I am running 3.1 on CoP.
I got an Ak-74. The info it says it will take a range of scopes:
"pso, ekp, 1p29"
However, in game I was not able to attach any scopes.
Checking the config .ltx, I note that it says;

scope_status = 0 ; 0 - no addon
silencer_status = 2 ; 1 - permanent
grenade_launcher_status = 2 ; 2 - attachable
Is this a typo? Why list a range of scopes if it cant actually mount them?
My bad, I was trying to drag and drop the scope on the rifle, as in CoC. It seems to work for silencers and grenade launchers, but with scopes you have to 'right click - Use'.
Odd convention, but seems to work fine.
I am still curious about the '.ltx' entry though. It clearly seems to indicate that scope are not attachable.
Anyone shed light on this?

the updated texture weapons from base game (AK-74, L85, Deagle, etc.) are all jacked up mishmash of their original texture on the new model which is weird because the new guns are modeled just fine please help

people who have CoC dont install this mod version in stalker CoC i made the mistake to download this version and put in CoC and got the fsgame.ltx error hahaha i just found that CoC have its own version of arsenal overhaul and its own list of mods that is compatible with CoC this version is only for stalker call of pripyat vanilla nothing more.
there's two black lines that cuts off the scope interface. also in binoculars, is there a way to fix ?

i really like this mod a lot it really brings us new experiences inside the game its a shame that this mod is now gone for stalker cop.
i installed the weapon mode and athmosfear 3. When there is an outbreak and i don't go for cover it throws me out of the game into windows with an error message.

Second Question: When I try to install AN3 I get the following Error -

hello comrade stalkerman i know im too late but i want to clear any doubts about this, firstly, af3 is not installed with ao3 but you can find an3 and af3 in Optional addons, located inside the rar file for ao3, however i have seen people saying it crashes their game so idk if it works. about your second issue you should try reinstalling an3 and if it doesn't work then your entire game lol because you probably installed another version that doesnt work with ao3, or maybe an3 doesn't work at all with ao3 because it won't be updated ever, even if ao3 is a really good mod.

Hmm... It seems the latest version of this mod makes it so that completing the "Debts" and "Hostage" side missions have it so that the bandits involving them are always hostile, thus obtaining the "Diplomat" achievement becomes impossible, crap... DX Perhaps there's a way around it somehow? Either way, it sucks that one can't obtain the "Diplomat" achievement with how the bandits are set to "always hostile" against the MC.
EDIT: Nvm, seems that the included "uninstall" folder for the "hostile bandits" option that is pre-packaged in AO 3.1 can be undone by applying this small "uninstall" addon regarding the "hostile bandits" bit. I can understand it activating once the "Artifact Hunter" achievement has been attained, but that doesn't likely occur until well into mid-late story, so it'd make no sense for it to activate super-early after all. Regardless, thanks to the aforementioned "uninstall" option for the pre-packaged "hostile bandits" addon, applying it had it so that the bandit's vanilla initial attitude is back to normal.
